Every rescued meal matters. We bridge the gap between surplus food and empty plates, delivering nourishment directly to our neighbors facing hunger. Here’s how it works:
- Food recovery: We partner with local grocery stores, restaurants, farmers, and other food providers to collect surplus food that would otherwise go to waste.
- Food sorting: Our team of volunteers and staff sort and inspect the recovered food to ensure it meets safety and quality standards.
- Food distribution: The rescued food is then distributed to our network of food banks, meal programs, and community agencies, ensuring it reaches those who need it most.
