To ensure a smooth and efficient experience during your first visit to the food bank, please bring the following items with you.

Government ID

A piece of government-issued identification for each adult member of your household, such as a driver's license, passport, or health card.

Proof of Address

Proof of your current address, such as a utility bill, rental agreement, or mortgage statement.

Food Restrictions

Information about any dietary restrictions or food allergies in your household, to ensure that the food bank can provide appropriate food items for your needs.
By bringing these items with you, our staff will be able to process your client intake questionnaire more efficiently and provide you with the best possible service and support during your visit. Please note that the client intake form is not a barrier to service if you decline to provide information. All information collected is aggregated and used for research and advocacy purposes only.
